Your information stays focused.

Your coaching profile includes your name, email, date of birth and calculated age, training goals and experience, schedule, preferred training days, equipment access, exercise and cardio preferences, exercises to avoid, optional step and sleep estimates, nutrition-coaching preference, readiness, referral source, any referral code present in your application link, a yes/no fitness-clearance flag, and a brief movement-limitation or pain-free statement. Detailed medical information is not requested and should not be submitted.

For prospective clients ages 13–17, the profile also collects a parent or legal guardian’s name, relationship, email, and phone number. The guardian authorization record includes the accepted document versions, timestamp, and privacy-preserving hashes of the request network and browser information used to establish an audit trail.

The information is used to verify age eligibility, evaluate whether Jake’s online fitness coaching is an appropriate fit, provide an enrollment decision, create a private program starting draft for Jake’s review, prepare onboarding, maintain an accurate private coaching record, and attribute and administer an enabled client referral reward.

Profile information is not sold or used for unrelated advertising. Clients 13–17 follow an automated guardian-authorization process; a fitness-clearance answer may still require personal review before payment. Equipment limitations are used to customize the program rather than automatically delay enrollment. No generated program is released to a client without Jake’s personal review and approval.

Profiles, agreement records, payment status, referral attribution and reward status, secure portal sessions, and enrollment workflow states are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database. The administrative dashboard is restricted to the approved Jake Garza Training administrator through Cloudflare Access.

Google may process a minimal internal alert containing only a random profile ID, submission time, and private dashboard link. The alert does not include a name, email, goal, age, or fitness-clearance answer.

Stripe processes checkout, payment methods, invoices, subscription management, and any earned referral account credits. Jake Garza Training stores Stripe identifiers, payment status, and the Stripe balance-transaction identifier for an issued credit, but does not receive or store your full card number.

Resend processes transactional email delivery and one-time portal access messages. Cloudflare hosts the website and workflow data. Everfit processes the workout, progress, nutrition, habit, messaging, and connected-device information you choose to use after activating your Everfit account. Stripe, Resend, Cloudflare, and Everfit apply their own privacy terms to information handled in their services.

The portal uses a strictly necessary, secure session cookie so an enrolled client can remain signed in. It is not used for advertising.

Declined and archived profiles are scheduled for deletion after 12 months. Enrolled-client records may be retained while needed for the coaching relationship, payment records, legitimate business purposes, or applicable legal obligations. Test records and records subject to a valid deletion request may be removed sooner when no retention obligation applies.

Online coaching is available only to clients age 13 or older. A person under 13 is stopped at the date-of-birth gate before the profile can be submitted. A person aged 13–17 may complete a profile, but that submission is not final consent. A parent or legal guardian must independently open the private email link, verify their authority, sign the authorization, review the coaching agreement, and complete enrollment before services or payment begin.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your coaching profile by emailing jakegarzatraining@gmail.com. A reasonable identity check may be required before a privacy request is completed.
